Over 400 Bachelor's students and approximately 300 Master's students graduate from the Faculty of Science every year. For example, from 2005 to 2020, the faculty had around 10,700 successful graduates.
The Faculty of Science is proud of its graduates and many of them remain in regular contact with the faculty. Long-term attention is paid to working with them, e.g. the faculty database of gradulates contains over 15,100 people. Former students are regularly invited to the faculty events, among others to Silver (25 years since graduation), Golden (50 years since graduation) and Diamond (60 years since graduation) graduation ceremonies.
Our graduates are very successful in the job market. They leave a significant mark in the field of education – our former students include a number of successful academics, school principals and, above all, high-quality teachers. Many top scientists and researchers build on the foundations obtained during the study at the Faculty of Science in Olomouc. However, our graduates often pursue their career in public administration, in private sector, or as a successful entrepreneurs.
