Projects and Grants

The Faculty of Science contributes significantly to the scientific performance of Palacký University. It is successful in obtaining grant support in the field of basic and applied research. The faculty's scientific teams achieve a number of significant, internationally recognised results. The development and sustainability of research is supported by grants received from the Czech Science Foundation, the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports as well as other ministries and departmental research agencies. Projects obtained from European Union funds are of great importance. This involves the award of funding from grant titles either as a grant recipient or as a partner of another supported organisation.
